1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for processing.

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange unless found to be defective.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  2. Provide your order details along with a reason for return or exchange.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us using any reliable courier service.

  4. After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund/credit (where applicable).

3. Refunds

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days after the returned item is received and approved.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
